I agree to be held responsible for the balance of hire charges as stated above. Late or non-payment of the balance will result in loss of the booking and deposit. I understand that I will be liable for any loss or damage to Idleways, 97b NE Riverbank, Potter Heigham, Norfolk, or its contents. I understand that the owners, Mr and Mrs Williams, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to tenants or their property. If cancellation is made after payment has been made in full, then the owners will endeavour to re-let. If re-letting is possible, I understand I will only forfeit the deposit, but otherwise, I will forfeit full payment. I understand that the cottage will be available on the dates stated above, but I accept that under certain circumstances beyond control of the owners, eg fire or theft, the cottage may not be available, and in that case I will receive a full refund including deposit. I am over 18 years of age.
